The staff was cute! the rooms were very clean, and i found the beds quite comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. breakfast the next morning was lovely and offered a variety of choices.
the hotel is a really nice place, though it could use some updating. our room was small, and the bathroom was okay, but a walk-in shower would have been nice. i emailed prior to arrival that my daughter had mobility issues, but we were not given a ground floor bedroom.

the spacious suite was perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel the comfy bed ensured a restful sleep i especially enjoyed the extra space to relax and rejuvenate the hotel's beautiful architecture. i appreciated the thoughtful details in the decor.
one very small thing i noticed was that the hallway carpets could use a bit of freshening up.

breakfast presented a lovely choice in a spacious, airy setting, complemented by numerous options i noticed that there were many options available i thought the area was neat and well organized so guests may enjoy their meal.

the spa offered a calming and soothing environment upon arrival two hosts ensured we fully utilized the spa facilities while respecting our privacy they assisted with timing to make sure areas were ready for our relaxation.

all of the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my visit they were readily available to answer questions i appreciate their support the receptionist offered suggestions about nearby attractions.
